Scheduling Tips

• The easiest way to schedule is via email. We do not have a receptionist so if you call and leave a message, it may take some time for us to get back to you. Email also helps avoid scheduling mistakes.
  
  
• When requesting an appointment, please specify the day or time of day you are looking to schedule.
  
  
• To schedule, we will need first and last name, email address and phone number.
  
  
• If you are scheduling an appointment as a surprise for someone else, we can use your contact information and send the confirmation to you.
  
  
• If you want to pay for an appointment in advance for yourself or as a surprise for someone else, we can email you an invoice that you can pay online.
  
  
• If you are looking to schedule a couples massage, multiple services or for a group, book as far in advance as possible to increase the chances of getting the day or time of day you want.
  
  
• Evenings and weekends book quickly so schedule as far in advance as possible to get the day and time you want.
  
  
• We rarely have same day appointments but it never hurts to ask!

What happens after I schedule?

• You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your appointment has been scheduled. If you don't receive an email, you are not scheduled.

• 24 hours before your appointment - You will receive an email reminder. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so now.

• The evening before your appointment, you will receive forms via email and text for the services you have scheduled.

• 4 hours before your appointment, you will receive a reminder email.

• 2 hours before your appointment, you will receive a reminder text with instructions for when you arrive.
